    Email notification containing removed form questions

    This is a triviality, but wondered if it is easy to correct.

    here's the same form id:  https://form.jotform.com/53516104304140

    When we receive the notification in our mothersretreat1@gmail.com INBOX, I noticed that the thank you included  is an old version, with some old details on it.  I don't think I have any access to this old thank you wording, so can you easily correct these details?  If it's a big problem, I'll just let it go, but since others will be working on this form in future years, wondering if it should be corrected now.

    The person submitting the form, used the updated form, and "her" thank-you was the updated version.  The old version only came to our inbox.

    If it gets corrected, here's what needs to be removed:

    Saturday morning breakfast 

    Saturday lunch

    Friday night

    No meals because of dietary issues

    (and the details on the lower left-hand corner should read:)

    Make check to:  MARY DURBIN

    Send to:  DAN JOCK - MRETREAT
                   P O BOX 555
                   SIDNEY OH 45365

    Mary, it looks like your Autoresponder email is still containing the old fields from the form, the ones that existed when the Autoresponder was initially set up.

    In order to fix it, you will need to edit your existing Autoresponder. You can do that by clicking on the Emails button at the top when you are editing your form, and clicking on Autoresponder. Please refer to the following image for visual guidance:

    This will open up the Autoresponder for editing, and you will see a screen such as this one:

    Please scroll down the body of your autoresponder email, and click inside the row of the old questions that no longer exist. Then, to remove that row in which you have clicked, click on the last icon in the toolbar (one looking like a small grid), then Row, then Delete Row.

    Please refer to the image below for visual guidance:

    In the same way as described above, you can remove all the rows from the email that no longer need to be there. You can also edit the footer of your Autoresponder email as well, by scrolling all the way down.
