I received a call from someone saying my form was not working... but I did find there contact information...
I filled one out twice on the link below and the lead did not reach my email address...
Not sure what's wrong with it, could you please take a look?
You are using our iframe embed method so there should be no issue when filling it out. Do you know what sort of problem is that? Is it the submit button not working for them? Or, they don't see anything after submitting the form? Some kind of an error, maybe?
As for the email, you are using a Gmail Address and we don't have any issues with Gmail. Our form is known to work best with Gmail Addresses. Your form email is also configured correctly and we are sending the form emails based on our email logs.

Maybe, the emails are filtered as spam? Can you check?
Thank you, this has helped me discover where the problem was... the leads were going to one of my other gmail accounts and it was supposed to go directly to CRM or database and then alert me....but the problem must have been too many forwards...
As when I followed the steps you have shared....there were a ton of leads over the past few months I didn't see.
When I attempted to log in to the other gmail account it would not allow me until I did a phone number verification and needed to add the code they sent me.
I can forward the leads to my CRM and it will automatically feed...so it looks like that is the safest option for now...so I don't miss more in the future.
We are glad to know you were able to find your emails, as you say, you can send the submitted data to your own CRM and then you will be able to see all the submitted data there, even if it is sent to another email address.
