Why am I not consistently receiving email notification when someone uses the form?

    Several weeks ago, I missed a couple of inquiries because I never received email notification.  I thought it may have been a temporary computer glitch, but today, one person tried it again and I still did not receive any notification.  Of interest, another individual used the form yesterday night, and it did work.

    Obviously, I'm concerned about even missing one inquiry.  Can you please look at the form and rectify the problem, if possible.  I'm not using microsoft outlook, but the Squirrel Mail provided by our hosting company, Host Gator.  The notification is not in any spam or trash folder as well.

    PLEASE help as I really love JotForm and hope to use it with greater frequency in the future.

    The mails are most likely getting filtered out as spam by your email provider. 

    To give your mails the maximum possible chance of being delivered please change the Sender Email of the notification to noreply@jotform.com

    Thanks so much for your advice. I implemented your recommended change and I also added a gmail account address to send notifications.

    The test that I just ran seems to have worked. Thanks again for your input.
