Why won't the total add up?

    Hi guys, 

     

    I've been working on this order from since Thursday and it's been one issue after another, including changes not being saved despite hitting "Save".

    I have managed to rectify most of the issues by cloning my form from time to time but one thing remains unsolved.

    I have three products and I have checked the option of having the total cost reflected. But the cost of the 3rd product (Goody) is simply never included in  the total cost no matter what I do. Please help.

    Hi,

    I checked your form and the 3rd product (Goody) seem to be adding up to the total amount.

    Is this your intended result or are you referring to a different concern? If you are referring to a different concern, can you provide us more details so we can further check the issue?

    Hi there,
    Yes - I just redid the form again and it finally worked.
    Why do changes etc not get saved sometimes though? I've spent more time troubleshooting the form than actually building it! :(
