Why do changes etc not get saved sometimes though? I've spent more time troubleshooting the form than actually building it! :(

    Hi,

I cloned your form and made some changes. The changes were saved without any issues. Can you tell us which browser you're using to edit your form? We recommend using Google Chrome or Firefox when editing and saving your forms.

Do inform us if you have any other concerns,
    Regards.

    I used Chrome.
If I clone a form, it tends to work better. But when I am working on a form for some time, after a while the changes aren't saved and so I lose the work done and time.

    Hi,

Before you make changes on your form, can you try to logout and login again your account and then make the changes and see if it will fix the issue? Please also ensure that you are only editing one form at a time. Editing two forms at the same time might cause this issue. Also, you can try to Enable Auto-Save feature in your form so your forms can be saved automatically. Here is the step by step guide to enable Auto-Save feature:

    1. Right click on any blank space of your form (which does not contain fields).

    2.  In the context menu that shows up , click Enable Auto-save.

Do let us know if the issue still persists.
    Regards.

    Thanks.
I only have one form under the account I'm using for this project.
    Auto save is already enabled.
I have to login and logout every time I want to make changes? Really?

    Hi Ramya,

No, you don't need to login and logout every time to save your works; but please, avoid to open multiple "Form Builder" page, this could be the reason for this problem and also, you can always manually save your changes by using CTRL+S (in Windows) or CMD+S (in MacOS).

    Thanks.

I never open multiple pages...oh well, I guess this remains unresolved.

    Hi again,

Is the problem still continuing? After editing your form, please check the last edit date which is defined in the "My Forms" page.

If this date is changed to current date after saving your form, it means you saved your changes. Please, do some customization on your form and save it, then check this information. Also, I cleared your form caches, so everything seems ideal about your account.

    Thanks.
