The Preview Form Is Showing Different From the Link Form

I made changes to the form and in preview mode it looks how it want it to look with the blue background coloring however when I publish the link it shows an older version of the form that has a grey background. Please assist on how I can make this change.

Could you try opening the form in incognito mode in a Chrome browser? See if the changes or the latest version of your form shows there.

It is possible that your web browser is loading a previous version of the form based from cookies and cache stored in your end.
