How Can I Change the Product Names and Costs on Product Order Forms?

    I'm attempting to use a product order form that has pre-populated fields for products that I'm not selling.  But when I go to change them, nothing changes and I can't seem to alter these fields.  Any insight into what I'm doing wrong here? Thanks!

    Hi there,

    The products are defined in the payment tool, that's why you can't customize them. To customize the products, you need to access its wizard. You can easily change the products' names and values by following the steps from the below:
