I've edited and updated the year range in Configurable List widget from 2000-2015 to 2010-2017, unfortunately the range is not reflected and 2000-2015 still remained. Please assist.Page URL:

I tried to replicate the same issue; but I didn't get the same result. Please, see it from the below:
In these kind of situations, please save twice or more after making changes on your form or widget. Also, caches from your browser could cause this. To avoid it, I suggest you to clear your browser caches and try again.

Great, the problem was solved when i used my notebook instead my iPad. I am not sure whether this problem was caused by the browser caches in my iPad (i don;t have my notebook with me that time).

I'm glad to see that the problem is fixed for you. Sometimes, form or browser caches could cause these kind of issues. If it happens again, please remember to clean your caches or you need to save your form twice.
Also, you can manually delete your form caches on your "Account". Please, follow the steps from the guide below:
