If we sign up for the subscription that includes 1,000 submissions, what happens if we go over that number?

Once we hit the allowed 1,000 submissions included in our plan, if we receive additional submissions how does that work?  Are people then denied the ability to submit the form?  Are we charged an additional fee per submission?  Are we bumped up to the next plan?

Thank you for contacting us. If you go over your submission limit, you will first receive an email indicating that you are almost over the limit. Once you go over the limit, your forms will be disabled until the following month.

If you require a few more submission for the month you may follow us in facebook, twitter, etc as instructed in the following link

If you still require more submission, I would recommend upgrading your account.
