How do I receive submissions from a JotForm when using Source Code embed?

Asked by renteva on December 21, 2015 at 02:59 PM

I copied and pasted the source code for a Contact Us form template on JotForm to my website. I see the form on my website and I am able to fill in the form with information. I click on "Submit" the form seems to go thru because my text is not longer on my form. Although the form seems to go thru, I do not see any submissions under my Contact Us form on my end via JotForm.

When you embed the form on the website using its full source code, it will require re-embedding again the form every time there are changes/edition done on the form.

It is possible that the embedded form source on your website  is no longer the updated version of your jotform http://www.jotformpro.com/form/53545466820964

If there are no reason to use the full source embed, I recommend using the default embed script instead or the iframe embed code.

Using the iframe embed code is easier and simpler to manage as well. It will automatically update embedded forms when you modify/update the form in your Form Builder.

Hope this help. Let us know if you need further assistance.
