I have a form with an approval workflow built in which includes a password for the approving manager/owner. The auto-responder email that notifies the form submitter that the form has been approved includes a pdf link to download the approved form. The pdf link, however, is revealing the password that should only be known by the manager/owner, because that field is automatically being included in the pdf submission.
How can we leave the password field off of the pdf link?

Hi,
Thank you for contacting us.
Yes , you can hide fields in the PDF report submitted, I have tried to do it and I can confirm it, to do it just go to the Submissions View and then there you can mark just the fields you want to show in the PDF file :
Hope this helps.
Let us know if you need further assistance or need more help.
Regards.

Isn't the submissions view just changing what I can see on my screen? I need the link in the autoresponder email to create a downloadable pdf for the form user that only shows certain fields and their entries (and does not include the password field).
After submitting this question I came across another forum answer which showed me how to change the pdf design by clicking "Get PDF" and then "Customize PDF". I believe I have been able to make the needed change using this method.
Thank you for responding.

You can include the link to the PDF form in your email Notification/Autoresponder, when on the email page, click on Edit Link in order to add it to the email :
And yes, if you want to hide a field in the PDF file sent , you can do it on the Submissions View, or you can also customize the PDF report, Get PDF -> Customize PDF, and removing the fields you do not want to show.
