How do I fit my embedded form into my website ?

How do I fit my embedded form into the space so it doesn’t have those scroll bars on my page - http://www.hhram.org/about/apply-renew-membership/

You should change the height and the width of the IFrame widget in your form, to do it just click on the field and then click on the wizard icon : 

There you can change the dimensions and adjust the IFrame to display all the form.
