your integrations aren't working correctly (Jotform, Mailchimp, & Google Spreadsheets)

    JOTFORM NAME = Power to Thrive LIVE APPLICATION (at the top of our form list)

    Please take a look at our integrations, none of them are working completely correctly.

    We're expecting hidden, prepopulated fields to pass the prepopualated data.

    - "SOURCE" is indeed being passed to the Jotform and Google Spreadsheets, but not to Mailchimp. 

    - "POWER TO THRIVE" is not being passed to Jotform, Google Spreadsheet,  OR Mailchimp.

    I checked your form and it seems like the Google Spreadsheets and MailChimp integration are integrated properly.

    Do you mean to say that some of the data are not being passed to the Spreadhseet and MailChimp integration? Can you share us the link of your Google Spreadsheet so we can further investigate the issue? Can you try to re-integrate the Google Spreadsheet and Mailchimp Integration and see if it will work now?
