Some trouble with form on wordpress CMSAsked by lysko on December 22, 2015 at 08:12 AM
Hello, i have some trouble with form on my website, can you help me?
I can't see any js errors or something else in Chrome devtools.
On another themes its work correctly.
It looks like there is a conflict with other scripts on the website. Could you please try embedding the form using iframe embed method? Please refer to the following guide that can help you in getting the iframe embed code for your JotForm.
Let us know if the issue still persists. We will be happy to take a look again.
I have tried all possible options from a embed list, but still not working.
I place a iframe embed method, you can look again.
How can I find script with which there is a conflict?
Thanks for the quick response!
I've checked your webpage and the form is now displayed correctly.
Generally script errors are shown in the console and related to jQuery conflicts. Do you still see any issue with the form on your webpage? Let us know if you need any further assistance. We will be happy to help.
I have tried so many times yesterday, on different pages and it does not work.
I do not know how it happened, but now everything is correct. I think, you are a wizzard ;)
Thank you Kiran!
On behalf of my colleague, you are welcome. If you experience this issue again, please let us know and we will send our wizard Kiran to help :).
Happy Holidays from JotForm team.
