I am currently having a premium account. It is valid till February 14th, 2012. I wish to cancel the subscription. I am trying to the same from the control panel. It takes me to the Plimus website where it askes me for a username/password. I searched my mail accounts for any id/password for plimus but couldnt find any. I tried the same login details as jotform but that did not work. I tried using the Plimus password reset page but it says that my username/email is invalid. So no progress there as well. How should I proceed ahead?

Your Plimus username is a long string of numbers from the originalplimus email you received when you paid for JotForm.
If you forgot the password you may visit the link below and enter the email address used upon sign up.
For your convenience I have cancelled your Premium subscription it is scheduled for downgrade to the free account on February 14th until then your account remains Premium.
