I have made some corrections to my form, but they're not showing up in the preview.  They are correct in editing mode.  I have cleared my browser cache and forms cache...still not working.

I cloned you form and was able to make changes on it and it displays properly in preview. Here's a screencast showing how I am editing and viewing my cloned form:

Could you please share us that edits are not showing in your form? Could you try viewing the form in an incognito mode in Chrome. See if that shows the latest version of your form. You can also try this on Firefox using its private browsing feature.

It is possible that your browser or network connection is loading a previous or cache version of your form. We'll wait for your response.

I opened it in Firefox Private browser and it is showing the edits.  The edits are not showing up on my phone app.

    Here are the edits:

1 - comma after work in the After The Angels Leave box

2 - supernatural (instead of supernatuary) in the I Appreciate the ______ moments box

Could you please share us the specific device you are using and what you meant by "app"? I presume you are referring to a web browser (e.g. Chrome, Safari, Firefox)?

If the edits are showing in your Firefox Private browsing, then the problem is more related to the app or browser you are using, it is loading the cache or older version of your form. It is also possible that it is related to your ISP or to the network you are currently connected to.

I checked your form link and I see that the edits are showing in my end:

My form is not showing the edits that I made Screenshot 20

This means the changes or edits were successfully saved in our servers, and this is more related to the browser, device or ISP/network you are currently connected to.

    I hope this helps.

I am using a Windows Surface Pro to edit the JotForm.

I am using this JotForm in our church app, which is through Subsplash - I opened the form in our church app on my phone to see if the edits were coming through and they aren't.

So, I've opened the form on 2 different devices and the edits are not showing up.

    Hi,

I checked your form and have also confirmed that the changes are being displayed properly. This means that your edits have been saved on our servers.

My form is not showing the edits that I made Screenshot 20

As my colleague have said, this might be an issue with the device or ISP/Network you are connected to. If it's possible, can you try viewing the form on another device aside from the Windows Surface Pro and your phone, or try connecting another network to see if the issue persists.. Furthermore, if the form is embedded in your website, can you share us the link of where the form is embedded so we can further investigate the issue?

We will wait for your response,
    Regards.
