Hi guys, I'm testing the mobile version of my form on my wix site and as I try to fill out the form on my phone it keeps scrolling out of the way.  Also, the text won't show up when I try to type into the billing address box.

    Thanks! :)

    Hello Imogenius13,

I did check your web page where you have embedded your form and did not find any issue with that. It seems to work fine when I tested it in my mobile device. Please check the screenshot below:

I was also ale to input credit card numbers as well. Please check the screenshot below:

Can you please share a screenshot of your form how it appears in mobile device? The following guide should help you how to upload image in forum post:  http://www.jotform.com/answers/277033

We will wait for your response.

    Thank you!

Did you try putting information into the billing address? That's when my page scrolls all the way down to the bottom.

While reviewing your page I noticed that you have an iFrame within another iFrame. Your form is embedded in the iframe "http://www.watchmyenglish.com.usrfiles.com/".

I also tested your form in my android phone and noticed that the CC information does not display correctly. Is it possible to place the iFrame of the form directly in your page and not inside another iFrame.

Ok, I re-embeded the form on the site.  Hopefully this isn't an iframe within an iframe this time, but could you let me know if that coding is still there? Thanks!

Also, how do I resize that orange background so it's just on the header? I can't seem to find the right button for that, thanks! :)

You are using Wix, which means that Wix will add an iframe around your iframe (or any other code).

It is always best to embed your form on Wix as shown here: How to embed jotform on Wix Site

Now since we can assist with only one issue / question per thread I have moved your other question to a new thread here: http://www.jotform.com/answers/731558 where we will reply back to you shortly.

I have done the same for your issue with the scrolling that happens when you click on submit button. Your thread for that can be found here: http://www.jotform.com/answers/731561

Looking at your website, it seems that your website is not fully mobile responsive. Because of that the form is only taking part of your screen so the browser is trying to move the field to be shown properly each time and as such you can experience horizontal scrolling - which is the one that I presume you are experiencing.

If I am correct, you will not have any issues when you view the form over direct link: https://form.jotform.com/53546384373159

Do let us know how it goes.
