    Uploaded file Downloads slowly

    We are currently experiencing very slow download speeds when retrieving uploaded files in form submissions.  This has happened before but seemed to go away.  This time, it has lasted a week or so.  It is not our internet connection.  The same files downloaded from our google drive integration are done at an expected rate.

    Sorry for inconvenience this may caused you. 

    I have download one file form your submissions. File was 54MB large and it took me 3 minutes to download that file. Considering that my download speed 5 MB, it should be around 2 minutes.

    What is the download time on your end? Did you try to download your files on different network? 

    It is possible that this issue is related to our end, considering that you sad that when you download files in your Google Drive it has the correct download speed.

    It changes a lot.  A few days ago a 3MB file took 10 minutes.  Same file from google drive, a few seconds.

    Issues like that are most likely caused by a high traffic, the server might be experiencing an excessive load or there's a network problem. As far as I know, there was a slowed down on the network due to a DDos attack recently. This might have caused the download to slow down but  I believe everything should be working fine by now. Would you mind checking it again this time? Unfortunately, I don't have as good as your internet speed but base on my test, it is giving a normal download speed now. e.g. for an 8MB file, it only took a few seconds.
