Hide show fields inside of the form based on selection of other fieldAsked by Stephanie on December 22, 2015 at 01:49 PMAlso, the form needs to be able to change depending on certain fields. For instance, the first question would say "what is the purpose of your call" -- if the option 'billing' was selected, the remaining questions would be specific to billing. If the option 'RX Refill' was selected, the questions would be specific to that. Is this an option?
I have inspected your form http://www.jotform.us/form/53554607460153 and I saw that you are still creating that form. Also I saw that you are using conditional logic to skip pages based on selection of your dropdown field. Inside of this guide you can also find out how to skip pages using conditional logic: http://www.jotform.com/help/350-How-to-skip-pages-using-conditional-logic
That is one way how you can skip some questions from your form.
Other way is to use conditional logic to show/hide fields. Inside of this guide you can find out how to use conditional logic to hide/ show fields:
You can also use Form collapse field to Show or Hide multiple fields at once:
Hope this will help. Feel free to contact us if you have any other questions.
