To assist you better could you please indicate the type of files and purpose of this files. Depending on the plan you have a limited storage space. A free account only has 100MB. once this limit is reached, your account will be disabled until you clear space.

If you have any question, please let us know. We will be glad to answer any doubts you have.

them on your servers, I want to upload them to my server.

Yes, it is possible to storage your image files in any server like DropBox, google drive or your private servers. As long as your server has internet access and there is a direct URL link to does images, you will be able to use it in your forms.

With the image field you can add any image in your form.

OK, we're still not on the same page.
The image control adds an image to my form, and that's not what I want to
    do.
What I need is for the use to upload an image from their computer when
filling out a form. I can do that right now with a File Upload control but
the uploaded files are always stored on the jotform server. What I'm
asking is if there is a way to use the File Upload control but have the
file be uploaded to my server, not yours.

Uploaded files and submitted date will always be sent to jotform servers. It is not possible to send uploaded files directly to your server.

You can Enable FTP on Form Submissions and uploaded files will be forwarded to your own server.

How to Enable FTP on Form Submissions

Also, like my colleague mentioned you can integrate your form with Google Drive or Dropbox and submitted data will be sent there as well. Than you can delete submissions from JotForm. When you delete submissions, submitted data will be deleted from our servers.

Hope this will help. Let us know if you need further assistance

    OK, that helps.
Do you have an API to delete submissions programmatically or do I have to
    do that manually?
