PDF files are empty

    Hi

    we published our form yesterday and suddenly some answers have been lost, in the sense that we get the PDF but it is empy (just the submission date). An example is attached.

    We cannot retrieve the other date from the registrant, like email, even in the excel report we download from you.

    Is there any way to get these lost information? We don't have other way to contat people completing the forms.

    Sorry for this inconvenience. I have just reviewed you forms and submission. I was able to view them properly. Could you please indicate the URL you are using to view the submissions?

    I notice that you are using our Europe servers. I recommend using the following URL

    https://eu.jotform.com

    If you are still not able to view them, please let us know and we will be glad to take another look.
