Hi, the themes are not working for me, but the system will not let me go back to the default blank theme.
Any ideas on how to fix? I didn't duplicate the form prior to trying out themes.

Make sure you are logged in to your account and then use the link.
There is an option that will allow you to reset the theme of a form on your account.
