Payment Form - Fee Added

    Good afternoon,

     

    Every time I create a form that has paypal embedded into it, there is an $11 shipping fee that is added to everyone's purchase. How can this be resolved? I have called paypal and they continue to advise me that this must be on your end as I have adjusted everything within our account.

    Please do check that thread to see the suggestions made by my colleague about your flat fee setup.

    I would also like to ask you to reply on that thread instead of this thread since my colleague has already made a suggestion so it would allow us to better assist you there.
