Can't find Shopper Response settings using WorldPay Payments

I have a registration form made using Jotform and the Worldpay widget. I am trying to return to Jotform after payment is made but can't get out of Worldpay. Many posts on forums, including Jotform, refer to the Shopper Response / Payment Response url, but I have followed the instructions (from forum posts and Worldpay's documentation)  and the option is not there. One post shows the installation settings as below (please ignore the top line, about the settings that worked, this was from the screen grab of the post)

But when I go to the installation page I only see

Am I looking in the wrong place? Can you help?

Please take note that you need to assing your own Callback URL during the integration process to WorldPay (see screeshot below)
