I paid 9.95/month to upgrade my account, but do not have benefits.

    Hi,

    I paid to upgrade my account using order number 65001874 on 1/25 and then got a later email saying that my account was disabled.  I need to see the additional submissions on my JotForm for an upcoming event.  Please resolve.

    Hello Bryn,

    The automated upgrade process didnt work properly for your account because of a misconfiguration in the upgrade from.

    I have no set your account 'bhaffey' to Premium status.
