I tried to style the radio button using custom CSS code but was not able to have a CSS code that worked. I will escalate this issue to our development team so they can fix the issue. We will inform you on this thread once the issue has been fixed.

Do let us know if you need further assistance.

I checked your form http://www.jotform.us/form/53481718637161 and it seems like the radio button for the "Other" option has already the same styling or design. May I know if you are still having problems on this?

I see that the ticket that my colleague has escalated is still marked as unresolved, if a permanent fix has been released, we will update you directly on this thread.

Apologies, I think I missed something. It seems like you are using a workaround. You set another radio button as an option and use conditional logic to display a text area field. It seems like the problem is still there. Let me try to find a working CSS code, although I see that my colleague mentioned that he already tried that. It seems like the change will still need to be made by our developers in the backend team. I'll notify the one assigned on this issue to see if we can get any update.
