Submitting static text

Is there a way to include static text on the form in the submissions result?  I have a form that contains paragraphs of instructions to the submitter, followed by response questions.  I would like the entire text of the original form to be included in the "view submissions" display window of My Forms.  This way I can print to PDF and preserve reasonable formatting in archive/reporting form.  Any help is much appreciated!

If I understood you correctly you want that text fields from your form are shown inside of your PDF report.
