my account has reached the limit of 100 completed forms . I would like to know if at the end of the month the account is reactivated or is blocked forever .Page URL:

We do reset the submission quota each month, so that your forms will be automatically re-activated on Jan 1st, 2016.
You may also consider upgrading your account in order to increase your account limits. We are currently running a 50% New Years Sale on our yearly packages, and this is the only sale we have during a year.
Also, the submission limit can be increased from a Get More page.
