How to collect user details with form submissions

    I have started receiving the submissions for my survey. I want to get the participant detail for each of the submission. Please help getting that.

    We do not collect any user details automatically. It means that you may want to add user specific fields (e.g. Full Name, E-mail, Address, Phone) to the form in order to collect such information from your users.
