I want to create sentences placing a drop down menu anywhere in the sentence, at the start, middle or end of a sentence.
At the moment I have a small text box at the start and then a drop down menu after.

That's possible with JotForm. Using the shrink feature you can add textbox or dropdown in line with your sentence. This simple video tutorial will help you on how to shrink fields/align them automatically on your sentence. http://idarktech.com/jotform/video/shrink_fields.html
Also, I forgot to add this in the video tutorial. After everything, please inject this custom css codes on your form to equally align shrunken fields to your sentence in a row.
I hope this helps. If you need anything else, please let us know. Thank you so much, have a great day!
