Best way to track a form in Google analytics

Hi Jotform

We are using jotform on a Jimdo website, how can we track the subscription to a form as a conversion. The catch is: we don't seem to be able to hid a page from google (thank you page) it would be easy to set up a conversion when people visit this page.

End goal is to use this conversion in Google Adwords

You may consider two options:

1) If you can get a conversion tracking pixel (noscript) you can add it to the source of the Form Thank You Page. Please take a look at the following thread to get the idea.

2) Add your conversion code to the Thank You Page on your website, and configure form yo use that page as a Thank You URL.
