How does the pdf form works?

    how does the pdf form works? I mean it is stored in my computer so if I send it to someone how will they be able to use it?

    The Fillable PDF form basically works like an online form. Your submitters will fill up the fields and they will need to click the submit button(present on the PDF copy) to submit their submission.

    The submission will then appear to your submission page.

    hi maybe it is me... but am not having luck with this pdf form... When I click create a pdf - it converts my form to PDF that is stored in my C drive... I did a test and clicked submit but nothing happened...plus it looks weird....

    Could you please share us more details of the problems you are having? Perhaps a screenshot would help us to better understand how the PDF form looks like in your end. We'll wait for your response.

    Please note that the fillable PDF form can be submitted when viewed using the Adobe PDF reader or Foxit
