Form Submission

    I created a form that ends with a payment ... at the moment jot form only notifies us if they complete the payment step.. BUT it is critical that we also receive notifications for those people who do not pay but fill out the form.. HOW DO WE DO THAT

    If I understand you correctly, you wold like to get notifications for the incomplete payments. This can be done by enabling the attribute in the properties of the payment gateway

    Got it – but why doesn't your test submission appear in the app I did see it in my inbox but should be here in the Jott form iPhone app

    Unfortunately, our iPhone App can only display those successful submissions. Pending payments won't be sync in the app.
