I see that your account is now holding Free subscription. Did you upgrade your account to any of the paid subscriptions? Once you upgrade your account, you should be receiving an email from our payment processor with the receipt. Also, your account status should be showing the upgrading status.
If you have already upgraded your account, please let us know the reference number that you have received so that we will see what best we can do for you.

I also see that the account is flagged as overlimit since you have received about 137 submissions and storage space is occupied more than 100MB. Please be noted that Free accounts are limited to receive only 100 submissions per month and can store files upto 100MB only. It is required to upgrade your account if you need to continue to receive the submissions.
