What are our options when embedding forms to Wix website?

Wix.  Is there a better way to embed the form into Wix?  If, using the embed wix code and applying to a Wix page using Wix "HTML embed widget" the code is not clean looking after a preview or publishing the page.  I prefer using the link method but our branding (company name) is not present in the URL, only yours, Jotform.

You can however try and use other embed methods to see if they work for you and if they give you more control over your content, but they are likely either requiring some additional steps to make them work or might stop working at some point.
