Visual Report Builder: No data is displaying

    Just wondering since it's been almost 2 months if there is a solution. I am experiencing the same issue. Not looking good to my client.

    Could you please provide us more details of the issue you are having, I understand that you are experiencing the same one mentioned in this thread. Having more details would help us report the problem to our developers properly.

    I checked the form titled "Laserfax Survey" but the report is protected by a password.

    Perhaps a simple test form or the current report you have with a screenshot of the issue would help us identify the problem.

    Here is the PW for the form: L@serf@x. And I've attached a screenshot for the Report.

    In addition, you can see that the pie chart has custom colors. I made custom colors for the bar charts, but it always goes back to yellow. That is an issue too.

    We are sorry for this inconvenience this might have caused. I am able to reproduce the issue with the Visual Report tool on your form.

    I will escalate it to our developers. You will be notified when it's solved or will get news about it via this thread.

    Thanks beril, but my concern is that your answer is the same answer provided for another jotform user with the same issue back in October. So I assume it's been 2 months and the issue is not resolved. Can you provide any type of time frame so I can calm my client? 

    And can you also address my second question about not being able to color the bar chart. No matter what custom colors I select, it always comes out yellow.

    I tried to add a field that i KNEW was not an accepted field (ie it was a text box), the chart widget was created, but there's no way to delete it from the report and I had to start all over.   If there is a way to delete a mistake like this, please let me know.
