I cloned a form and edited the header in the visual editor, but it never saved over the old one. It said it autosaved, but it didn't actually save over it until i hand edited the HTML. And I sent this form to some doctors with the wrong information and now look like an idiot. Please fix this bug.

We would like to apologize for any inconvenience this have caused you.
I have checked the form by clicking the link you have provided, and here's what I'm seeing.
I noticed that the there is header located at the bottom of the form that was not edited.
It seems that the header was saved only up until the time it was added but not when it was edited and placed at the top of the form itself. I understand that you have auto-save enabled on your form builder page.
However, I would still suggest you save the form manually everytime you make changes just to make sure. Make sure that the save icon stopped from circling for it to be considered fully saved.
I would also suggest you always preview your form to make sure changes were applied.
Also, when I cloned the form you have included on your post, I'm seeing an empty Text above the form.
However, when I checked the form that you recently edited/updated,
http://www.jotform.us/form/53564801940153
that part was changed/updated.
I'm not sure if the latter is the clone version of your form or that's the original one.
Anyway, I would suggest you try to make the edit and make sure the form is properly saved by previewing it.
Let us know if you have any questions or if you need any further assistance. Thank you.
