my form has disappeared from www.tchome.org

    We just upgraded to Bronze today from the free form. It worked, I tested it. Now the form has disappeared. I need it back up TODAY!

    I have inspected your website and I found JotForm form on Donate Now page.

    I have tested in Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox and your form is shown on that page.

    Are you still unable to see your embedded form? Which browser and device are you using?

    When I inspected your website I saw that you embedded your form with script code. We recommend using of iFrame code. If form is still not showing on your end I would suggest you to replace script code with iFrame code to see if that will resolve your issue.
