Afternoon! I wanted to double-check the hide/show conditions on a form I am finishing up. It seems my conditions are not matching with what is desired on the form.

    Can you assist?

    Thanks so much!

I have inspected your form and you have 38 conditions.

Please explain in more details what are you trying to achieve with your conditions. Can you tell us which conditions are not working and how should they work work?

    Looking forward to your reply.

    BJoanna,

Good morning! The only issue I am having is I conditioned the form to hide ALL answers once the participant fills in their name for the quiz. But, the answers are still being seen before they fill in their name.

Is there a way I can further condition the form to where all answers are hidden before they fill in their name?

    Thanks!

    Kimberly

Thank you for your replying back. As far as I understand form your thread you want to hide text fields before fill the name.

First of all, please disable the condition as you see below:

Now, we can create conditions for your question. I will show you for first question. You can do same steps for other questions.

Here is how to do this:

    1) Click on Conditions.

    2) Choose SHOW / HIDE FIELD.

    3) Make the arrangements as you see below and click on Save:

    4) Click on New Condition.

    5) Make the arrangements as you see below and click on Save:

Please do the steps for other questions.

In my colleague's name you are welcome Kimberly.

I do want to suggest taking a look at the following guide as well: Show or Hide multiple fields at once using form collapse tool

I suggest using collapse tool any time you have a lot of fields to hide in one go. Hiding one form collapse is much faster, while also so much easier to manipulate on the form as you will see for yourself.

Do let us know of course if there is anything that we can do to assist and we would be happy to do the same :)
