I see that the paid subscription was already cancelled and was now scheduled to dowgrade to FREE plan.
User is scheduled to downgrade.
Yes you will still be able to keep the data and stats.
BUT take note that paid plan have higher submissions range and storage space allocation.
Which means, once your subscription becomes FREE, the limits for FREE account will take effect.
If you have more than 100 existing submissions, this will exceed the limits. The system will then prompt you to upgrade to be able to accomodate the data and stats.
If the requirement cannot be satisfied, the account will go to Overlimit Status.
This status will prevent further usage and submissions of all the forms. But existing submissions will stil remain. Its just that you cannot use the forms to receive submissions anymore.
