Yes, they are there now. I wen into the designer and when I started
adjusting the Label spacing and Line Layout settings there, the form
changed. But the initial settings in the Preferences had no effect.
Actually, the changes from both side is affecting each other on my tests. Please, see it from the below:
When I tried to change those settings in the "Form Builder"'s "Preferences", it also changed the form. Maybe because of the form caches, you experienced this problem. However, "Designer" is the better choice to do this changes, because it shows the changes instantly.
