Why won't my changes save?

I posted my form via widget on my website.  I went back and made changes to my form but when I attach the form with the changes via widget, none of the edits that I made show up.  The original form keeps showing up.  This form is a integral part of my website and I would like to publish it soon.  Please help.

However, could you tell us which embed method are you using ? 

Could you try the IFrame method please ? 

If you already have embedded your form using this method, please try getting  a new code, the changes should be applied.

I used the IFrame method as you suggested and I was able to make the necessary edit(s) to my form.  Thanks for your help!
