    This form is not oepning on ipad or mobile

    its not opening in chrome and builtin browser. Please resolve.

    Apologies for the inconvenience. There was an attack in our servers earlier but our backend team has fixed it as quickly as possible.

    I checked your form URL in different mobile browsers, and it seems to be working properly. Here are the screenshots:
