How can I redirect the button "Enviar" to one e-mail?

    Jorge, it seems like your form 53571792108358 was created under a non-registered guest account, which means that it is limited to only 20 submissions per month at the moment. We highly recommend that you register for a free account, which will allow you to receive up to 100 submissions per month.

    If you are looking to change the recipient email address on an already existing email notification, you can do so in a manner similar to creating them. Please click on Setup & Embed > Emails, and then click on the existing Notification that you wish to edit:

    When the email notification opens for editing, simply switch to the Reply-to and Recipient Settings, and then change your Recipient Email address:
