Hi Jotform, I'm so pleased with your services and have integrated it on my website, but have gone back to slightly edit the form and can't login - was it possible that I missed the stage of creating an account?
20234246275 is the number within the embed link, and my email address is firstname.lastname@example.org - yet when I submit a forgotten password link it returns saying no members with this ID found.
Any help much appreciated,

Yes, you do not have a registered JotForm account. The form you mentioned is created under a guest account which relies on browser cookies.
To regain access to that form, all you need to do is to register a free JotForm account with the same email address you used for your form. The said form will then be automatically transferred to the new account.
