My integration is not working, what can I do now?

    May I ask what integration is not working? I didn't see any payment integration in your form so I assume it is different. If you are referring to the Google Integration then please try the following steps:

    1. Remove the integration.
    2. Log out from JotForm.
    3. Close and re-open your browser.
    4. Log back in to JotForm.
    5. Add the integration again.
