Form Submission Question

I cant find the control to allow jotform to send email notification for forms when the payment was not made. I am getting them when payment is made but I also need the email notification for non pay clients.. THANKS

If I understand your requirement correctly, you want to receive the submission email even if the payment was not successful. Is that correct?
