I have about 5 sign ups but it only shows 3. Is there someplace else the signups would be going? I had a problem with this account a couple of weeks ago and I think it deleted some of the signups? Or did I accidentally create a new account.
Can you help me figure this out?

According to the form emails history there were two submissions with payments.
There are also some 'incomplete payment' submissions registered on your form. Incomplete payment usually means that user decided to not finish the order transaction. Please follow the next links to find out more information on the incomplete payments subject.
