Theme cant show

hi,

I add a theme to my form which name is " Teklif İsteyin ". 

I select a theme for my form and I can see on the builder but when I can save and embed to the my website(www.bilisimekibi.com) I couldnt see the theme.  Alson I couldnt see this url (https://form.jotformeu.com/22625333074347)  Can u help me to fix this problem.

Can you try to save more than more than one on designer? In addition to that, you need to  clear your cookies to see the changes. Please do that and login again to your account to view the forms. 

We would appreciate it if you could  embed your form with Iframe method. At that situation, it will work properly.
