Progress Bar widget: Not ignoring required fields?

Asked by eduapolinario on December 28, 2015 at 12:15 AM

Hello, my form (https://form.jotformz.com/eduapolinario/socialsmartads) is displaying a initial percentage of fields already filled, but even if I put on the widget "Progress Bar" to ignore fields pre-filled it is not working.

I'm filling the widget fiels "Form Fields to be Ignored" just as the way asked, but is not working. the fields that I want to ignore on progress counting are:

Sugestão de data para início da campanha

    Investimento para patrocínio

    Could someone help me please?

I was able to see the problem, here's a sample form: https://form.jotform.com/53610254825957.

All three fields are required, but I listed "FullName" and "Email" to be ignored,

But I also set to count only the required fields.

The number of required fields is still incorrect and shows "2".

Personally, I think the required fields cannot be ignored as they are indeed required for the form to be submitted, especially if you set the "Only Required Fields" to "Yes". Regardless, the number of fields counted in the progress widget is still incorrect. Let me forward this to our developers to have it checked.
